Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and LMO Kitchens ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the lmokitchens.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Services Description

LMO Kitchens provides professional cabinet installation services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Kitchen cabinet installation
• Bathroom vanity and cabinet installation
• Commercial cabinet installation
• Multi-family and new construction installations
• Cabinet repair and modification services
• Hardware installation and upgrades

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates provided by LMO Kitchens are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. All quotes are subject to change based on:

• Changes in project scope or specifications
• Discovery of unforeseen conditions during installation
• Customer-requested modifications
• Changes in material costs

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing after this period.

Scheduling and Appointments

By scheduling an appointment with LMO Kitchens, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Be available at the scheduled time or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation
• Ensure the work area is accessible and cleared of personal items
• Provide access to necessary utilities (water, electricity) as needed for the project

We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations without proper notice.

Communication Consent

By providing your contact information through our website, contact forms, or other means, you expressly consent to receive communications from LMO Kitchens, including:

Phone Calls and Voicemails

You consent to receive phone calls at the number provided for purposes related to your inquiry, quote, or project.

Text Messages (SMS)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from LMO Kitchens. These messages may include:

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us. You may opt back in at any time by contacting us directly.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to schedule your installation
• Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed
• We accept checks, major credit cards, and bank transfers
• For larger projects, payment plans may be available

Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your agreement.

Warranty and Guarantees

LMO Kitchens stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Our installation warranty includes:

• Coverage for installation-related defects
• Adjustment of doors and drawers that may settle after installation
• Repair of any workmanship issues that arise under normal use

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others. Cabinet manufacturer warranties are separate and provided directly by the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LMO Kitchens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or inability to use our services.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by LMO Kitchens and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User Representations

By using the Site and our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• All information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by LMO Kitchens shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of Georgia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
